Trigon Equity Partners – Investing in Germanys SME-Market

Trigon Equity Partners is a Private Equity Company, focusing on turnaround-, spin-off, buyout and follow-up investments. Furthermore, we support companies with growth capital for their individual expansion plans.

During the investment-process, Trigon acquires the majorities of companies from the German SME-market out of the industry- as well as the service sector. The turnaround of a typical portfolio company is in between of 10 to 250 million euros.

The Team of Trigon understands themselves as entrepreneurs. A proactive hands-on approach is our defined claim, enabling a successful implementation of our experience in management, restructuring and financing in the respective companies. Additionally we trust in the cooperation with branch experienced entrepreneurs, who will take over the management in our long term investments.
